It’s been a busy year at atg airports, and surprisingly, it was once again time for the British Irish Expo, held at the Olympia exhibition hall in London. There was a substantial number of visitors who braved the British summer time weather, and made it to the atg airports stand. Some of our guests had travelled from international destinations and all were keen to see our new innovations.

Over the many years that the Micro100 CCR has been is service, it has been powering up runway and taxiway circuits at many airports around the world. This past year, the development and engineering team have dedicated time to incorporate new technologies within the constant current regulator, and also include many additional options. With enhanced display information, language selection and commissioning aids, the newly named Micro100+ will soon be powering AGL circuits globally.

The IR858i LED sign was also available for our visitors to evaluate. Additional improvements have been implemented since its launch last year and these include, a fixed brilliancy light output, LED module monitoring, and a double-sided option now available. Within the last 12 months the product has been certified by independent test laboratory for compliance with international standards.

Runway and Taxiway lighting applications were also on display with one of the newest fixtures being the apron manoeuvring light –  IR852ML. An omnidirectional fully flush LED inset light fixture that is used to guide aircraft on to the parking stand.

It was a busy two days for our sales team and we would just like to take this opportunity to thank all those who supported us, and visited our stand, and we look forward to working with you all in the near future. Atg airports will be attending the Interairports exhibition in Munich during October, followed by the IES conference in Monterey, we look forward to seeing you at these events.
