COURSE FEE
We assume bookings are made based on the full residential
fee basis (if appropriate), unless specified
otherwise on this form (See our latest Training
Course Program for details).
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
We are happy to accept provisional bookings,
which will be held for five working days.
PAYMENT
Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice
which will be issued 4 weeks prior to the
course commencement date. Should the course
commencement date be within 4 weeks of the
booking data payment should be with order.
CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTES
For cancellations notified by letter or fax
more than 3 weeks before the start of the
course, a full refund will be made. Cancellations
between 1 and 3 weeks before the start date
will be subject to a £150.00 administration
charge. For cancellations made within one
week of the start date, the full fee will
be charged. Substitute delegates are welcomed
at no extra charge.
