AGL 2 demonstrates to delegates the practicalities derived from the theoretical information in AGL 1. It looks in some detail at the maintenance of the lights and provides an opportunity for delegates to try their hand at setting them. It also looks at the maintenance of the circuits and equipment used to power them.
Again, delegates are provided with an opportunity to set up the equipment themselves. This course explains the application of the 'Health and Safety at Work Act' and the 'Electricity at Work Act' as applied to aviation ground lighting as well as other safety related issues.
